Blackboard Editing Operation Manual

This manual summarizes the operation procedures according to the current specifications of the BoardEditActivity (Blackboard Editing Screen) in the editBoard module.

1. Screen Overview

The blackboard editing screen allows you to edit the following elements on a single screen:

Basic blackboard information (Project name, work type, measurement point, content, etc.)
ON/OFF of display elements (Type, sub-category, date)
Font size/alignment (horizontal/vertical)
Dimensions (multiple lines)
Miniature diagram (select, deselect, color reflection)
Load/save/delete My Blackboards

The entered content is reflected in the blackboard preview on the screen in real time.

2. Basic Input

2.1 Text Input

Main Input Fields:
Project Name
Work Type
Measurement Point
Details
Photo Category
Type
Subcategory
Entered text is immediately reflected in the preview.

2.2 Suggestion List Input

Work Type/Measurement Point/Photo Category/Type/Subcategory can display a suggestion list when tapped or focused.
Can be set by selecting a suggestion or manual input.
Some items have linked type and subcategory suggestions depending on the work type selection.

3. Display Switching (Switch)

The display on the blackboard preview can be switched using the switch on the screen.

Type Display Switch: Turns type display ON/OFF
Detail Display Switch: Turns detail display ON/OFF
Date Display Switch: Turns date display ON/OFF

Note: The layout size of the content field, miniature drawing field, and dimension field will be automatically adjusted according to the switch status and input content.

- Opens a dedicated dialog box with the “Dimension Input” button. - You can enter “Unit (Remarks)/Design Value/Measured Value” on one line. - Multiple lines can be entered using the “Add Row” button.
- OK applies the changes to the blackboard; Cancel discards them.
The dimension display area will appear once at least one dimension is entered.

6. Miniature Drawing Operations

Open the miniature drawing management screen from the “Miniature Drawing” button and select the miniature drawing to display on the blackboard.
The miniature drawing will be displayed with its color (tint).
The miniature drawing can be removed from the blackboard using the “Clear Miniature Drawing” operation.

Handling of Invalid Miniature Drawing References (Current Specification)

When loading a saved blackboard, if the miniature drawing file does not exist, it will be treated as an invalid reference.
When invalid, the miniature drawing selection state is cleared, and the blackboard layout is recalculated assuming no miniature drawing.

7. Blackboard Data Operation Buttons

7.1 New Blackboard (button1)

Creates a new blackboard with the base blackboard (board1 to board3) etc. as the initial state.

7.2 Select My Blackboard (button2)

Select and load from the saved blackboard list.

7.3 Save as New (button3)

Save the current edited content as a new blackboard.

7.4 Save Over (button4)

Overwrite the currently selected blackboard ID.
If it’s a new state, it may be saved as a new save.

7.5 Delete (buttonDel)

Selecting “Delete” in the confirmation dialog will delete the selected blackboard.

8. Exit Screen

Depending on the caller,

either of these will be displayed.

When exiting, the current blackboard ID, path, etc., are saved.

9. Operational Notes

The blackboard display is dynamically laid out by combining input values, switches, dimension inputs, and the presence or absence of bean drawings.
After loading your blackboard, please re-edit it as needed before saving.
If you delete the miniature diagram file externally, it will be automatically removed the next time you load the page (this is not a malfunction).
