1.4 Linking to a
Project on My Page (Cloud Project)
Overview
This feature is available exclusively with the Full-Featured
(Premium) version.
My Page organizes photos, My Boards, Mamezu diagrams, and other data
by construction project. A project on My Page is called a cloud
project. Linking a project registered on the device to a cloud
project determines where that project’s data is synchronized.
Projects are not linked automatically, even when their names match.
You must explicitly choose one of the following options:
- Link to an existing cloud project
- Select a cloud project that already exists on My Page and link it to
the currently selected project on the device.
- Use this option when joining a project already used by another
device or when data already exists for the project on My Page.
- Register as a new cloud project
- Create a new cloud project on My Page using the construction name
entered on the device, and link it immediately.
- Use this option when the corresponding cloud project does not yet
exist.
The cloud project name and the construction name on the device may be
different. However, using the same name is recommended to prevent
linking the wrong project and to make the project easier to identify
across devices and on My Page.
Checking the Link Status
Select a project from the construction list. Its current status is
displayed in the Cloud Project to Link area below the
construction name field.
- When linked: Linked to: cloud project name is
displayed.
- When not linked: Not linked is displayed.
This display lets you confirm which cloud project is linked to each
project on the device.
Operating Procedure
- Select the project on the device that you want to link. For a new
project, enter the construction number and construction name, and then
tap [Add].
- Check the Cloud Project to Link area below the
construction name field.
- To use an existing cloud project, select it from the list and tap
[Link to Existing Project].
- To create a new cloud project, confirm the construction name on the
device and tap [Register as a New Cloud Project].
- Confirm that Linked to: cloud project name displays
the intended destination.
Notes
- Changing the link changes only the association between the project
on the device and the cloud project. Files already stored in the cloud
are not moved to the newly linked cloud project.
- Multiple cloud projects may have the same name. Confirm that you
selected the correct project instead of relying on the name alone.
- After the subscription ends, you cannot register a new cloud project
or change a project link.
1.5 Notes
- If you tap [Go to Work Type Registration] or [Go to Survey Point
Registration] without selecting a construction project, “Please select a
construction project” is displayed.
- Tapping [Add] with empty input fields may register an empty row.
Enter both the construction number and construction name before adding a
project.
- A deletion cannot be undone. Back up important data beforehand.
