You can request deletion of the account and related data for the Android app “កាមេរ៉ាកំណត់ត្រាសំណង់” and “ទំព័ររបស់ខ្ញុំ កាមេរ៉ាកំណត់ត្រាសំណង់” by email.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to the following office from the email address registered for My Page.
- Use the subject “កាមេរ៉ាកំណត់ត្រាសំណង់ Account Deletion Request”.
- In the body, include the registered email address and user ID (if known). Do not include your password.
- Follow the identity verification instructions sent by the Company.

2. Processing Period
After receiving the email, the Company will verify identity and complete deletion processing within 30 days after identity verification is completed. If the request is incomplete or suspected to be impersonation by a third party, processing will be suspended until additional confirmation is completed.
3. Data to Be Deleted
- អ៊ីមែល address, user ID, and login account
- Registered device information and linkage information with projects
- Cloud project names and related metadata
- Photos, board XML and previews, sketch drawing PNG and JSON saved to the cloud
- Old file versions, trash data, and synchronization operation information
- Contract status and capacity information managed by the Service
4. Data Not Deleted Immediately
- Backups and fraud prevention / audit logs may be retained with restricted access for up to 90 days after deletion processing is completed. After the period expires, they will be deleted or made non-identifiable.
- Information necessary for legal retention obligations, unresolved disputes, security incidents, or responses to unauthorized use may be retained only within the scope and period necessary to achieve the purpose.
- Photos and other local data saved on the user’s Android device cannot be deleted from the cloud side. Users must delete them themselves.
- Purchase and payment records retained by Google Play under laws and terms cannot be deleted by the Company.
Deleted accounts and cloud data cannot be restored. Please download necessary files in advance. If the same contract is used on multiple devices, cloud data will become unavailable from all related devices.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Requesting account deletion alone does not cancel the Google Play subscription. To stop recurring charges, cancel from the Google Play subscription screen separately from the deletion request. Conversely, canceling the subscription alone does not immediately delete the account or cloud data.
6. If You Want to Delete Only Files
To delete individual files while keeping the account, use the deletion function in My Page or the app. Files moved to the trash are deleted in principle after 30 days.
