ក្រុមហ៊ុន Ohno Sangyo Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) handles user information in the Android app “កាមេរ៉ាកំណត់ត្រាសំណង់” and the linked “ទំព័ររបស់ខ្ញុំ កាមេរ៉ាកំណត់ត្រាសំណង់” (collectively, the “Service”) as follows.

The Company does not collect or view passwords in plain text. Password authentication information is managed by Firebase Authentication. Photos and other user content may include people, information from which location can be inferred, names of project personnel, and other personal information depending on the user’s input and shooting content.
3. Purposes of Use
- To authenticate users, manage accounts, and prevent unauthorized use
- To confirm contract status and manage eligibility, device counts, and storage capacity
- To synchronize photos, boards, sketch drawings, and project information across devices and provide list display, download, deletion, restoration, and other functions
- To investigate failures, ensure security, improve quality, and respond to inquiries
- To notify users of important specification changes, failures, and changes to terms or policies
- To comply with legal obligations and exercise or defend rights
If the purposes of use are changed, the change will be made within a scope reasonably related to the previous purposes and will be announced on this page or by another appropriate method.
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal data to third parties except in the following cases.
- When the user has given consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
- When the business is succeeded due to merger, company split, business transfer, or similar reason
- When handling is entrusted within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use

The Company appropriately selects contractors and supervises them as necessary through contracts and other means. Firebase Authentication is processed in data centers in the United States, and other Firebase services may also be processed at facilities of Google or its contractors, including outside Japan. The Company reviews security and privacy information published by contractors and contractual safeguards, and strives to ensure appropriate handling. 6. Security Management Measures
The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, including limiting access privileges, separating users by authentication, encrypting communications, checking uploaded content format, size, and integrity, monitoring through logs, selecting contractors, and establishing procedures for incidents. Details of security management measures will be answered upon request from the user to the extent that doing so does not affect security.
7. Retention Period
Valid files saved by users to the cloud are retained, in principle, for two years from upload or last update. Replaced old versions and files moved to the trash are retained, in principle, for 30 days and then deleted. Account information, contract information, and operation records are retained for the period necessary to provide the Service, comply with laws, handle disputes, and prevent fraud.
After account deletion, the target data on normally used systems will be deleted. However, backups and logs necessary for fraud prevention and audits may be retained with restricted access for up to 90 days after completion of the deletion request, and then deleted or made non-identifiable. Information that must be retained by law or is necessary for dispute handling may be retained only for the necessary period.
8. User Rights and Request Procedures
In accordance with laws and regulations, users may request notification of purposes of use, disclosure (including records of third-party provision), correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision of personal data held by the Company concerning the user. Please contact the office in Section 11 for requests. The Company will verify identity and respond without delay in accordance with laws and regulations. If a fee is required, the amount and payment method will be notified in advance.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
My Page uses cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and similar technologies necessary to manage login status, ensure security, and provide basic functions. My Page does not use cookies for advertising delivery or behavioral tracking. Please see the គោលការណ៍ Cookie និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាស្រដៀង for details.
10. Revisions
The Company may revise this Policy in response to changes in laws or the Service. Important changes will be announced in advance by display within the Service or another appropriate method. The revised Policy will apply from the date posted on this page or from a separately specified effective date.
