This policy explains to users what is sent to the cloud, how long it is stored, and how it is deleted. For legal handling of personal information, please also see the គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាព.
1. Scope of Cloud Synchronization

Before synchronizing, users must check whether third-party faces, vehicle numbers, residences, name tags, location-identifying information, or other personal or confidential information appear, and must obtain necessary authority and consent.
2. Storage Location and Access
- Data is stored and processed using Google Firebase / Google Cloud.
- Data areas are separated by user, and access is controlled so that only the authenticated user and devices correctly linked to the same contract can access them.
- Company personnel access data only when necessary for business purposes such as failure response, fraud investigation, or legal compliance, and only with limited authority.
- Firebase Authentication processing is performed in the United States. Other processing may also be performed outside Japan.
3. Retention Period

Retention periods are not extended indefinitely by contract renewal or plan changes. Information necessary for legal retention obligations, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling may exceptionally be retained only within the necessary scope and period.
4. Deletion and Restoration
- File “deletion” is first processed as a move to the trash, and restoration may be possible within 30 days.
- Data that has passed the trash retention period or the normal retention period cannot be restored.
- When synchronized data is deleted from the cloud, the deletion status may also be reflected on other synchronized devices.
- To delete an entire account, please apply according to ការលុបគណនី និងទិន្នន័យ.
- Deleting the cloud account alone does not delete local files remaining on each device. Users must delete them by uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or using in-app operations.
5. Security Measures
- Encryption of communications by HTTPS/TLS
- User authentication by Firebase Authentication
- Access control based on the relationship between user ID and contract owner
- Verification of file format, size, version, processing deadline, and SHA-256 checksum
- Limitation of administrative privileges and review of operation logs
- Review of contractors’ security and privacy measures
No communication or storage over the internet is absolutely secure. Users should not reuse passwords or share them with third parties. On shared devices, log out after use and set a device screen lock.
6. After Contract End
After the subscription ends, upload, deletion, restoration, and similar functions may be restricted according to the specifications, and only download of stored data may be available. The retention period continues to run, so please download necessary data before the deadline. Canceling a subscription on Google Play does not automatically delete the My Page account.
