This manual summarizes the basic operations for checking, saving, organizing, and editing photos, My Boards, and sketch drawings in ទំព័ររបស់ខ្ញុំ កាមេរ៉ាកំណត់ត្រាសំណង់.

Before Use
My Page is a feature for the full-featured version (premium version). Please register an account from “Settings > Other Settings” in the purchased app.

1. Login

  1. Open My Page.
  2. Enter the registered email address and password.
  3. Press “Login”.
  4. After login, the email address, user ID, purchase status, and storage capacity are displayed.

If the purchase status is not displayed correctly, press “Recheck status”. After using a shared device, always press “Logout”.

2. Selecting a Project and File Type

  1. Select the project you want to check in the “Project” field.
  2. To handle photos, select the “Photos” tab.
  3. To handle My Boards or sketch drawings, select the “Boards / Sketches” tab.
  4. To update the list, press “Reload”.

Checking “Hide deleted files” hides files moved to the trash from the list.

3. How to Read the File List

DisplayMeaning
PreviewDisplays photos, board previews, and sketch drawing images. If they cannot be obtained, a message such as “Unavailable” is displayed.
File nameThe file name registered in the cloud.
v1, v2, etc.The current version number. Web editing or re-registration saves the file as a new version.
SynchronizedThe file is available for normal use.
TrashThe file has been moved to the trash by a delete operation. It can be restored within the retention period.

4. Download

Saving One File at a Time

  1. Press “Download” for the target file.
  2. In browsers that allow selecting a save location, check the destination and file name.
  3. When saving is complete, a completion message appears at the bottom of the screen.

Saving in Bulk

  1. Select targets using the checkboxes on the left side of the list.
  2. Use “Select all displayed” as necessary.
  3. Press “Bulk download”.
  4. Check the contents on the confirmation screen and save as a ZIP file.

Use bulk download within 200 files and a total of 200 MB. If sketch drawings are included, select JPEG or TIFF as the output format.

5. Upload

Upload is available on the “Boards / Sketches” tab. Photo upload is normally performed from the app synchronization function.

Uploading a My Board

  1. Select “My Board file” in “Upload file type”.
  2. Select an XML file for “Board XML (not required for image only)”.
  3. Select an image such as PNG, JPEG, or WebP for “Preview image”.
  4. Press “Upload here”.

If only a preview image is selected, a confirmation screen appears. Press OK to automatically generate and register the minimum XML.

Uploading a Sketch Drawing

  1. Select “Sketch drawing file” in “Upload file type”.
  2. Select an image such as PNG, JPEG, or TIFF for “Sketch drawing image”.
  3. Select a JSON file for “Drawing data”.
  4. Press “Upload here”.

If only a sketch drawing image is selected, a confirmation screen appears. Press OK to automatically generate and register the minimum JSON. Sketch drawing images are arranged into PNG format when saved to the cloud.

Keep each My Board or sketch drawing upload set within 2 MB.

6. New Creation and Editing

Creating / Editing a My Board

  1. Open the “Boards / Sketches” tab.
  2. To create a new one, press “New board”. To change an existing board, press “Edit” on the target row.
  3. Enter project name, work type, category, subcategory, photo category, station point, content, photographer, text placement, text size, background, measured values, etc.
  4. Check the content and press “Save as new version”.

When an existing board is edited, it is saved as a new version rather than overwritten. A new board is registered as a new file.

Creating a Background Board

  1. On the “Boards / Sketches” tab, press “Background board”.
  2. Set the background name, source background, background color, shapes, lines, text, etc.
  3. Press “Save as new background”.

A background board is added as a new background image each time it is saved. The images required for Android devices are sent when a board using that background is transferred.

Creating / Editing a Sketch Drawing

  1. Open the “Boards / Sketches” tab.
  2. To create a new one, press “New sketch”. To change an existing sketch, press “Edit” on the target row.
  3. Use drawing tools to add lines, arrows, dimension lines, and text.
  4. Use “Undo”, “Redo”, and “Delete selection” as necessary.
  5. Press “Save as new version”.

Vertex placement can be selected from “Snap mode”, “Grid mode”, and “Free mode”. When saved, the PNG image and JSON drawing data are registered as a pair.

7. Deletion and Restoration

Deleting / Restoring One File at a Time

  1. To delete, press “Delete” on the target row.
  2. Check the content on the confirmation screen.
  3. To restore a file in the trash, press “Restore” on the target row.

Deletion is not an immediate permanent deletion. The file is first moved to the trash. Files in the trash are deleted in principle after 30 days.

Deleting / Restoring in Bulk

  1. Check the target files.
  2. To delete, press “Bulk delete”; to restore, press “Bulk restore”.
  3. Confirm the count on the confirmation screen and execute.

Deletion and restoration can be executed when only normal files or only files in the trash are selected.

8. Copying / Moving to Another Project

  1. Check the files you want to move or copy.
  2. In “Move / copy destination”, select the destination project.
  3. To create copies, press “Copy to another project”.
  4. To move from the original project, press “Move to another project”.
  5. Confirm the count and project name on the confirmation screen and execute.

Copying and moving cannot be executed for files in the trash. Moving changes the file’s registered project. Copying registers the file as a new file in the destination project.

9. Checks When Unavailable
